SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
What is Semi-private Personal Training?
Semi-private personal gives you all the benefits of one-to-one personal training while exercising in a small group (maximum of 3 people). You may think that this will dilute the quality of service you will receive from your trainer.... Hell no! In fact quite the opposite. You will still receive your very own personalised exercise programme and accompanying nutrition plan, however you will also have the added bonus of working out alongside other people working towards similar goals. This creates a fun, safe, non-judgemental, motivating environment.
Studies have shown that when it comes to lifestyle change, people perform better when working as part of a community. Join Welling's fastest growing fitness community today!
Is Semi-private Personal Training right for me?
Semi-private PT is right for everyone. Everyone will receive their own unique training programme specific to their goals. No matter your starting ability your workout will be tailored specifically to your needs.
Certain people may benefit from one-to-one personal training over group exercise when they require greater attention from the trainer, this usually only occurs in very specialist circumstances.

How Does Booking for Semi-private PT work?
Semi-private personal training will only be scheduled at certain times during the day. Clients must commit to how many sessions they say they can do per week during their consultation. As the popularity of semi-private PT increases more slots will be added to the Results timetable.
Some semi-private groups will run for 8-12 week periods. For these blocks clients must pay up front for the full duration of the training course (i.e. if the training programme runs for 8-weeks clients will be asked to pay for the training up front).
Due to the limited availability of slots for Semi-private PT, sessions will be offered on a first come-first serve basis. When clients sign up, they will be committing to their agreed training schedule, this is done to ensure all clients reach their desired goals. Once a client has committed for a certain period of time their slot will not be offered to anyone else. If the desired semi-private PT slot fills up a waiting list will be formed, just like for one-to-one PT.
Due to the expected demand priority will be given to clients looking to train more than once a week.
How big are the groups?
Semi-private PT will be split into groups of 2 (partner PT) or 3 depending on the slot available. There will NEVER be anymore than 3 people in a group.
