Head Trainer Dave has worked in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. and has over 10000 session hours under his belt. He has worked with over 700 clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. This allows him to draw from experience gained and knowledge learned to offer a service unparalleled in the Welling area.
My approach
Having worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years I have developed a vast knowledge of most things health and fitness. For me, this is more than a job, it is my passion and I can honestly say I have loved every minute of it. Even now, I am continually looking to develop as a trainer, constantly enrolling in different courses and seminars to keep myself moving forward.
My approach to exercise and nutrition is based around achieving results. I find nothing more inspiring than seeing someone reach their goals. I believe there is no substitute for working hard, and pride myself in my ability to get the best out of my clients. With that in mind I ask for 100% commitment from all my clients, no less.
