About David

I have spent the last 20 years coaching over 700 people who were exhausted by diets, gyms, and plans they could not maintain alongside work, stress, and family commitments. Most did not enjoy fitness. Many were drinking more than they should. Some were already facing health scares. All of them felt stuck.

Sound familiar?

I’ve got a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science and an MNU Nutritionist Diploma with Distinction, and more coaching certificates than I can list here. More importantly, I get it. I have spent two decades working face to face with people who felt overwhelmed, lost, and unsure what would actually help them change.

My approach does not rely on restriction, guilt, or extremes. It focuses on clear structure, practical habits, and steady accountability that hold up when life gets busy or unpredictable.

Over the years, I have helped clients lose significant amounts of weight, regain control over alcohol, improve markers such as blood sugar and cholesterol through lifestyle change, reverse prediabetes, return to activity after injury or surgery, and rebuild confidence after major life events.

I work with people who are ready for guidance, honesty, and consistency, and I take that responsibility seriously.

2.Rebuild: You follow a personalised training and habit plan designed to improve strength, movement, and confidence. This is where you learn and apply the Mealmap Method™ alongside your Momentum Training Plan, creating structure you can actually follow week to week
3.Reclaim: This is where it all clicks. You’re moving consistently, eating well without overthinking, and feeling in control again. You’re no longer reacting, you’re leading your health.
4.Results: By now, you’ve dropped real weight, feel stronger, and know how to maintain it. This isn’t a just a diet. It’s a permanent shift.

FAQ's

Is this face to face?
Yes, the programme is a combination of a face-to-face small group PT session along with an online tailored exercise programme for you to do away from the studio.

How many people will be in each group?
There will be a maximum of 3 people per group. 

When does the programme start?
The programme will start on the W/C Monday 2nd February. 

What days/times will the PT sessions be?
3 training times will be available:
Monday Evenings 7-8pm (3/3 Spaces Available)
Saturday Mornings 9-10am (3/3 Spaces Available)
​Saturday Mornings 10-11am (3/3 Spaces Available)
When applying to join, simply select your preferred training time on the contact  form.

What's Included?
You will be provided with everything you need to see amazing results in 12 weeks.
You'll get your very own personalised diet plan, based on your own unique needs and preferences. Alongside this we will have one small group PT session every week at Results Studio, and you will be provided with a tailored exercise plan for you to do away from the studio - whether you want to workout in the gym or from home.
We will set you lifestyle habits to help keep you moving towards your goals.
And you will get to be part of a community of people going through the same journey as yourself, as well as being able to take part in fun challenges.
I will be there to support and keep you accountably every step of the way.

What if I can't make it to a group PT session? Could I swap to a different time?
If you can't make one of your group PT sessions you will be provided with an additional workout to do at home, covering the exercises and progressions you missed at the studio. 
Unfortunately, you will be unable to switch session times.

How do I join?
Simply complete the apply to work with me form below. I only have 9 spaces available and will be selecting participants based on their application. So make sure to give as much information a possible.

Do I have to join a gym?
Nope. Your workouts are tailored to your space, equipment, time, and ability. Home, gym or both, you choose.

I only have a small amount of weight to lose, can I still do the programme?
Yes, the programme would absolutely work for you. It is designed to take you from your current weight to your goal weight within 12-weeks, regardless of how much weight you are looking to lose.​

Will I have to track calories?
No. We will find the best dietary approach for you. To do this, you’ll use the Mealmap Method, a structured eating framework that teaches you how to eat for fat loss without obsessing or feeling restricted.

What if I don’t have time?
That’s the point. This is built for busy adults, with chaotic lives. Everything is designed to fit around your schedule.

Can I still drink or eat out?
Absolutely. You’ll learn how to handle meals out, alcohol, and real life without derailing your progress.

I’m not fit enough to start...
That’s why we start where you are. This isn’t a bootcamp. It’s about rebuilding safely, progressively, and with full support.
